Our mission, shared by myself and my team of Polish and English language instructors, is to create a unique environment where learning languages is not only a goal but also a pathway to personal and professional growth. We aim to break language and cultural barriers through innovative teaching methods that inspire our clients to discover and enhance their communication skills. We believe that foreign languages open doors to new opportunities and relationships, which is why we are committed to developing inspiring educational programs that blend learning with the pursuit of passions and interests.
Vision
SCHOOL OF POLISH & ENGLISH BY DR. ANNA ALATAIWI aspires to become a developmental and educational center that not only teaches languages but also designs effective methods and programs for teaching Polish and English based on our extensive course experience. ANNA ALATAIWI (PIEKARSKA-MAULIK)
Anna earned her PhD from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw, where she delved into the languages of the Indian subcontinent, including Sanskrit, Bengali, and Hindi. Her interdisciplinary approach and rich experience in learning and teaching foreign languages enable her to tailor educational methods to the individual needs of her students, enhancing their effectiveness.
Her professional experience includes years of teaching in Warsaw high schools, serving as an English language exam examiner, collaborating with renowned language schools such as Linguae Mundi Foundation, Cambridge School of English, and Lingua Nova, as well as running her own language school. This diverse background has equipped her with valuable expertise in organizing and managing language courses. Her first company, Mercury Language School, operated from 1997 to 2005, providing training for clients including PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o., Faurecia Automotive Polska S.A., Zakład Dar Natury (ESI Polska Sp. Z o.o.), Drwalew Bioveterinary Industry S.A., Military Unit 3411, and the Prime Minister’s Office Recreation Center in Mała Wieś.
Anna Alataiwi has rich international experience gained through scholarships and collaborations with institutions such as the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), and the Polish Institute in Berlin. Her interest in intercultural mediation and involvement with the “Shamiana” Association, which promoted positive relations between the Polish and Indian communities, has given her a deep understanding of the challenges of globalization and the ability to create a welcoming educational environment for people from diverse cultures.
In her teaching approach, she places a strong emphasis on utilizing natural language acquisition mechanisms. Her personal experiences with learning various foreign languages and her many years of teaching have allowed her to develop effective methods that help students achieve rapid and noticeable results, as well as gain confidence and ease in communication. This makes Anna a highly effective mentor for those who wish to learn English or Polish efficiently, creatively, and enjoyably.
