Purpose of Data Processing
The Controller collects data necessary to provide language services. Collected data enables:
- contact with the school office,
- contact with the teacher conducting classes,
- conclusion of a language service contract,
- invoicing and accounting transactions.
Personal Data Subject to Processing
Essential data for providing services include name, surname, email address, and phone number.
For the purpose of signing the contract, the additionally required information includes the residential address and the PESEL number, if assigned.
For issuing an invoice to a company, required data include the company name, business address, and tax identification number.

Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is provided voluntarily to the Controller during contact with the SCHOOL OF POLISH & ENGLISH BY DR. ANNA ALATAIWI (via email, phone, social media, or advertisement portals).
Data is also provided to the Controller during the conclusion of language service contracts.
